Celebrity Paris Hilton has been spotted wearing what looks to be a diet patch on a recent night out.

Dressed in a revealing bunny rabbit costume, the patch was clearly visible on her bottom through the sheer material.

Uk magazine OK suggested that Paris was fed up of the extreme weight loss diets and workout regimes required of celebrities and was looking for ways to loose weight easily, hence turning to diet patches.
